Scorpion Systems, LLC, began working in the design, engineering and manufacture of petroleum production and sales components in 2005. Scorpion Systems is an expansion grown out of Mueller Construction Company, a custom engineering and fabrication machining company established in 1982. Under the guidance of the son of MCC founder Joe Mueller, President and CEO Larry Mueller, and Joey Walker, the original design engineer, started Scorpion Systems to serve the petroleum industry throughout the US.

Scorpion Systems is conveniently located near major interstate shipping corridors in Sherman, Texas.

The Scorpion Systems fabrication shop is committed to only employing certified welders for guaranteed quality built into every system that we manufacture. Scorpion is currently in the process of achieving ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance. Every piece of calibrated equipment is maintained in accordance with industry guidelines and calibrated annually or as required.

Scorpion Systems understands that field issues don’t just happen between 9am and 5pm. And while we have very few issues (primarily because of our cutting edge designs), should you have an issue or a question, we are available to our customers 24/7.

Originally manufacturing BTEX Units, at our customers requests, Scorpion expanded our capabilities to also include designing and manufacturing other related equipment including Vapor Recovery and Compression Systems, Flash Gas Recovery Equipment, Environmental Blowcase Tank Assemblies, Enclosed Combustors and Custom Designed Applications.
